Resistance/Dyna/Toning band advice please.

I have just started using the above for strength workout today. I'm not very good at it, but have looked online for exercises that would be suitable for me as a beginner and that I feel I can cope with. The exercises cover shoulders, arms, back, abs and legs and at this moment in time can only do 5 repetitions of 20 different exercises so that I break into it gently and don't cripple myself! It took 10 minutes as I went slowly and carefully!

What I would like to know, is how I enter this in the strength exercises in my fitness pal as there doesn't appear to be anything that resembles this piece of equipment.

Many thanks.

Hi,

If there's not an entry there that matches what you've done you can add a new one. After you've done the search and not got any results there's a bit at the bottom that says 'add an exercise to the database', just select that and enter as much as you can in the next screen.

Or, if you don't want to add a new exercise you could add it to the notes section.

Thanks Kate. I tried that yesterday and it was just so non-specific but I guess that's as good as it gets! Have a great week.
