So it's my second day of, kind of, dieting, I am fasting due to religious reasons so when eating I try to eat small portions then just have water or fruit when I feel hungry until my fasting time is due. Yesterdays eating was fine. Today I had mini donuts, like quite a few :/!! But this time I will make sure I wont get upset about it. Once my fasting month is over, I will be starting my fast diet 5:2. Anyway, how do you guys make sure you don't end up comfort eating or snacking? Any advice?
