And it's good news, 5.5lb lost. Good start, but as we all know, the first week (actually 10 days as I started on a Friday but decided to join the Monday weigh in) is mostly water loss not fat so hard work continues and my goal is 1lb loss for next Monday. Thank you all for your support!

Well done jimitch. My first weigh in too and lost 2.5 pound, a bit of a surprise. But like you, not expecting the same next week.
