I am limited in my exorcise due to having a downright hideous spine now. I have had 5 discs removed thus far, To make things worse, I fell and broke my knee last year. I also favor the heavy set in my family. I used to be very athletic. However, to maintain that body (and this was in my early 20s), I would jog around 5 to 6 miles a pop, several days a week. So, I am doing the best I can with exorcise and eating healthy. But I did find a supplement online that seems to be finally putting it all together for me. Plus the company gives out exorcise and dieting information with an order.

I have had to combine exorcise, diet and a supplement I found online.
Hi StephanieF
Oh my word you poor thing, i really feel for you, i too have back problems but they will not do the op for me i have L4 L5 Bulging disc which affects my legs i get pins and needles down them and my ankles swell also, plus i have knee ligament problems so i know wot u mean when it comes to pain and being limited with the exorcise, i was wondering which supplements you found on internet i mean what are they called, how much and which site? i am about to start on slim fast shakes morning and afternoon then have a small dinner in evening i really need to get weight off before i have my 2nd part of my knee op done in about 6-8 weeks time.
I have several Lumbar disc issues at multiple levels also, so let's breathe deep and feel our pain. They seem to consider this area as non emergent. I think this is mainly due to the fact that your spinal cord ends near the top of the lumbar section. Mine are L2-3, L3-4, L4-5 and L5-S1. Wow that looks worse in print, doesn't it? Anyways, my pain management doctor uses different things to try to alleviate pain in the area, but it is never totally pain free.
I am losing some weight by eating healthier foods, doing what limited exorcise I can do and taking Phen375. Years ago I was on the phen/fen diet pills and they did help me lose weight, but I started seeing news about the possible long-term health risks and stopped taking them.
