Im new to this! Wanting to try lose a bit weight starting off with around 1st 1/2 first of all! I hardly have time to exercise cant afford the gym unfortunately and i am such a fussy eater its hard to make up some nice meals! Basically a salad for me would consist of iceberg lettuce chicken and cucumber! and i would have to eat that with either bread of potato! Any help or advice with be highly appreciated

I have just recently started making meals with bulger wheat and quinoa- steam some veg and add spices ou like and mix it with cooked bulger or quinoa (following pack instructions)- very tasty and super healthy! all the best.
