Yes, I have lost 0.8 Kg this week - I think it is almost two pounds. I just stuck to the calorific intake of 1400, well just about! So after a couple of weeks in the 78 Kg I am now 77.9, over a fifth of the way to my target weight. I don't know what happens when you hit a plateau, but I hope that it has now gone, and that I continue to lose. I'm planning on losing 0.4 Kg every week, so this week I lost two weeks worth - double happy.
I didn't lose any weight, however I did lose 4 inches in total, so I guess this is a loss!
I've had a week of piggery but haven't put any weight on. Still exercising, plus, my levels of piggery are much reduced from 11 weeks ago. Result. 2 more weeks till the end of this 12 weeks, then I'll start again at week 1 to shift the rest of the pledged lard. 12kg/26lbs lost in total, 8kg/16lbs to go.
