I have now been with Rosemary Conley for one week and have managed to lose 1.5lb, it's not massive but it is a steady start. Makes me feel more motivated for the next 11 weeks ahead of membership.

Congratulations on your weight loss. 1.5 lb is a good amount of weight to lose in one week - most sensible plans advocate between 1 to 2 pounds loss per week.
Sounds like you are feeling motivated, and that's a great thing. Hope you have another good week ahead.
