  • Another lb off this week and in my final week of couch to 5k. Have found a new passion for aquarobics aswell as running and have started swimming again.

  • No, no, no. I weighed myself on Monday morning and had put on weight, rather than having lost it. 300g, 3/4 of a tin of tomatoes. It is a pain, as it was the first time for 10 weeks that I hadn't counted calories at the weekend as I went to my dad's house, then to my sister's for a celebration lunch and birthday cake! Never mind. Get my mind back on target for this week, and super weightloss this week!! :)

  • Half a kilo lost this week, which I am happy with, especially as I was away over the weekend with work and had the temptation of nice puddings, as well as doing less exercise. Can't believe it's week 10 already. I am starting to notice the Weightloss, although theres still quite a way to go until I am a healthy weight. I've generally been working in kilos, but I now see I am getting near to 12 stone so that will be my next mini target - if I make it this will be my lowest weight for at least 6 years. I am quite excited by this possibility.
