I think this is the longest I've ever kept up an effort to lose weight and be healthier! I've got quite competitive with my walking, I've got the noom coach app, which automatically sets step targets based on previous activity, and find myself pacing the living room whilst watching tv to get my step count up!
Today's weight - 74.5kg. That's a loss this week of 0.6kg and a total loss of 3.5kg in the 4 weeks. A little less than I would have liked this week, but the scales tell me my muscle % is going up, so longer term that'll help. And I'm over the half stone mark! Another half will take me to roughly the top end of healthy bmi! I'm hoping to be there by Easter...

Amazing progress! Keep up the good work! Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so don't feel disheartened if you haven't lost as much as you were hoping because chances are you've lost the fat and it's been converted into muscle. I'm just finishing week 1 and I'm feeling really positive. Keep at it
Thanks! That's what I thought, and muscles burn more calories, so even if my weight plateaus a bit while it's converting, long term I'll burn calories more effectively. Well done you for a positive week 1!
