week 6 weight loss

started at 90.8 kg now 85.5 a loss of 700gms this week still not enough exercise .keeping a watch on the calories is enough. weigh myself every day to keep my mind focused on the goal.treating this like a game. i found if i eat a cake or sweets then get a real craving after this to eat more of this they ( cakes and sweets) are so bad.

my wife has started nibbling my ear i kinda not too keen on this as i'm made of chocolate after all.

  • Yes, I find the same if I eat something like cake one day I really start craving more. Well done on your weight loss so far. Being made of chocolate do you not get tempted to take a nibble yourself? I don't think there would be much left of me at all if I was made of chocolate!
