week 4 weight loss

horah here we are week 4 started at 90.8kg bmi 29.6 now 87.1kg bmi 28.5 still a way to go. lost 0.8kg last week. still not getting the exercise that i should.my diet has changed for good now. gone are all the biscuits cakes etc. i know i need to get the walking etc up. i must say i feel so much better for losing this weight. and eating healthier. hunger etc is not so much a problem now. as for chocolate well of course i'm made of that.
