Hello to everyone, Im 30 years old and am always on the latest diet. Found this plan today and me and hubby are giving it a go. I have a good bit to loose so in for the long haul.

Do I do the general 1,400 or stick to the calories they calcuated with my weight and height, which is 1,965.

Hi Chunkychick,

Welcome! I don't actually know the answer to your question about the calories, but I am sure someone on here will respond and answer it.

I just wanted to say that I hope that you and your husband have a good first week, and that you enjoy the plan, and achieve your goals.

Have a good first week.

Lowcal :-)

hi i have been on this plan for a week and have lost 41bs . i stuck to below 1,748 calories which was halfway between the lower and upper amounts given on the bmi calculator. i have entered my height and wait again today and will be aiming to stay below 1731 this week. this is definitly the way to go for me as i think i would have really struggled to drop down to 1400 calories imediately. Good luck with which ever you decided to do.

haha sorry should say 4lbs not 41bs - now that would have been some weight loss!
