Today I weighed in at 10st 3 lb! I am very pleased that I have lost the weight I should have lost last week and some more!! Waist down too by another 1cm but still too fat to fit into the dress I ordered! Nevermind I can do up my jeans on a smaller hole on the belt. I am trying hard with the 10 min activity and am doing the C2K5; also returned to yoga. Last week I went out with a friend: did extremely well on the alcohol and even better on the food! We only had bar snacks! I was feeling weak with hunger and came home and ate something sensible but on the positive I realised that you can't just not go out, rather don't be scared of the food.
