I didn't get a chance to weigh in last week, but I did it on Wednesday this week. I weigh 150 lbs. I lost 2 lbs between my last weigh in date. My last weigh in was December 31st. I don't have a scale at home, deliberately. I go to Boots and weigh. This stops me from consistently checking myself on a daily basis. I need to lose 24 lbs now. I am hoping that by week 12 of this program, my goal can be achieve. I gained 3 lbs during the holiday season, so far I have lost 2 of those lbs. I will try to weigh in for Monday next week.
Since I believe that I have my exercise routine is going well and my eating habits have improved. I am going a little further this weekend. I am going to start planning my meals on a weekly basis. This should help me improve my eating and my groceries buying habits.
