Thought some of you might find this interesting

The subjects of 5:2 diets and fasting come up on this blog from time to time, so perhaps some of you might find this interesting (if you haven't already seen it).

I loved the comment about the the body "craves what it expects". Which I guess is why it takes time to shake off those 'bad' eating habits.

  • Thank you for sharing. An interesting read. I have always been against any form of fasting although I know a lot of people on here say how much good it has done them. I've never really thought about the history of fasting.
