Up 2lbs, down 2lbs and off we go again

Strange old week. I'm glad to be back where I started given I had actually gained 2lbs part way through my first week! Anyway, after some encouraging and sensible replies from you lovely people a new week makes for a fresh start.

I visited the physio yesterday and can't run for at least the next week. Got some great stretches to work on and I'll be out fast walking instead so hoping this, along with sensible eating, frightens a pound or two off me :)
