Hello, Just joined the online community, I am hoping this really helps me loose the weight i need too! Doing it alone makes it harder, so this should be good :)

Planning to loose 2.5 stone by july 31st! I hope this is reasonable?

Hi, just joined too, would say this is reasonable I have lost a stone in 9 weeks and that was with Xmas in the middle of it. What's your plan? I aim to lose another stone by the end of a March x

That's so good well done! my aim is to loose about 2.5 stone, but have given myself a big time zone of doing it by july! This is as I am a student and my studies will come first so hoping this is reasonable!

Hi, I have just joined too.just lost 7 lbs in my first week! So pleased as I worked hard for it.I think 2.5 stone is do-able. Just try to think of it as 2 lbs a week and you have more than enough time. I am doing it alone too but it's my own personal battle! Every time I thought of eating something naughty or slacking on my exercise, I just thought of my goal and easily resisted. In the past I have had no will power at all but I am determined this time.a new healthier me.good luck.

Yeah I have tried and failed before too, but I am more determined than ever this time! Its for my personal reasons too, and feel I am going to do it!

i am trying really hard, eating well, havent started the exercise properly yet as I felt I needed to break habits and not give myself too much to change at once, first week over and Im 3lbs down :-) .. My aim is to lose 3-4 stone, its a scary thought!

Well done! I'm on my 4th day. Feeling better already, not as bloated. I have 23lbs to lose so going to try the 12 week challenge. I'm always starting and stopping diets. I need to try an look at it as healthy eating rather than a diet. Good luck for your 2nd week :-)

I agree, best way to look at it is a healthy lifestyle, not just an end goal. Soon you will be there before you know it :-)
