Well, this is the first week of me being here. I weighed myself last week and weighed myself again today. I lost 500g. I was pleased as I haven't really been trying to lose weight, just keeping a record of what I have eaten to give to the dietitian when I see them. So, Now weigh in at 81.5 Kg. I am supposed to be 61.1 Kg for normal weight, but I am aiming at 71 Kg as a starter.
