Don't get too hungry, use smaller plates, plan your meals and snacks in advance and weigh things like rice and pasta etc. I don't eat much bread but I buy small loaves rathet than normal ones so the slices are smaller.

Hi ! My advice is to just enjoy it! Also, don't panic or worry. I've lost a stone very slowly but enjoyably but just living my life and having lots to do and not making food the first thing in my life ! All the best ....
