Hi im Kiira , 28 from the uk (29 in January), I hear my motaboilism is slowing as i get older so quick! i need to get back on this, I train daily , Insanity , Running and gym classes. I love fitness, Well i did! I need to get that love for it back!,

I aim to fill out some new goals and stick to them.

  • Wow - you've clearly done really well before, so I'm sure you'll be able to get back on track. Are you making weight goals, fitness goals or both? I have been doing better with fitness, especially through the NHS Couch to 5K running programme, but I really need to start setting some weight goals for the New Year and will be starting the Weightloss club on Monday 6th. Good luck with your goals!
