Good evening everyone,

I didn't record my weigh in during week 6, today I weigh in and gained 1 lb in two weeks. Even though the scale showed an increase in weigh gain, almost all of my other indicators have shown an improvement. My waist line, arm, neck and bust have reduced in the last two weeks. During the last two weeks, I have been very consistent with my physical activity. I'm very happy with this effort.

Given the stats so far, it looks take me to the end of May 2014 to achieve my goal.I'm happy with my progress so far. I look forward to sharing my weigh in a two weeks. Heather

  • Hi Lowcal, I have not done any physical activity since Sunday but I will run today and I will be using an app to show how long I am running. That should be interested.

  • the increase in weight, but loss of mass could signify muscle gain. keep at it!!
