Okay - I started last Thursday and have decided to keep going on week 1 till Sunday so I can start week 2 on Monday. Doing better than I thought I would. I have lost 2kg even though I had a couple of 'bad' days. Think it worked 'cos I followed them by being extra careful the next day and doing a bit more walking. The good news is those TWO kg gone - now to keep them off and add to them.
