Hey everyone,

Hope you have had a good weekend. I am so excited today because it’s almost 12 days since I am doing some exercises in the gym and today for the first time I could feel my shoulder muscles (trapezius).

It's time to tereat me little success with snickers lol

I just wish that I was strong enough to work on my diet.

I am still recalling the mantra in my mind dedication and determination.

    Congratulations on your progress with your gym exercises. Sounds like you are doing really well.

    I agree it is difficult to focus on the healthy eating side of weight loss, but stick with it and focus, and hopefully we will all get to achieve our goals in the end.

    I always struggle with this time of year, as there are so many temptations around. But hopefully keeping sight of the goal at the end will help us all stay focused.

  • Ditch the snickers mate, maybe gets some nuts without the chocolate etc. Stay focused, work hard on your nutrition, it would be a shame for it to let you down or hinder your hard work in the Gym.
