Week 2

Last week went well. Food is a funny mixture of necessity, and pleasure or stress depending on what happens. I am finding my plan works! I have lost a surprising amount of weight but have also had treats and haven't binged! The plan says to work on increasing exercise so I will think about that- I am doing my aerobic exercise but need to start some strength training.

My hope is on Christmas day to not only feel good in my own body but have developed enough will power and understanding to enjoy the day and not starve self or binge.

WEIGHT: 72.5kg (-1.5)

  • Strength training is good. Just start with small weights though. My body shape - arms & legs - have changed dramatically and it has made me stronger for my passion for gardening, helped with my walking & running.

    Well done.
