#WLC WK2 Monday 30th September 2013

10st 7lb stayed the same. Had a picky day yesterday but otherwise a good week. Have been this weight since July when i took a break from plan. Have not done any additional exercise which is proberly why i'm not loosing but at moment working 12hr day paperwork in evening plus own family & houeswork never any me time. Aim this week is 2lb lose & go swimming early sunday morning.
