What is your favourite low-fat/low-calorie snack? In need of inspiration!!

Popcorn is great, I like savoury flavours like black pepper. If you make it yourself you can avoid adding too much fat or sugar. 25g goes a long way and should be less than 100kcal.

I see popcorn is listed there, thanks for the link. Good to know the right calorie count is about 90kcal for 20g corn plus teaspoon of oil :)

Cut a plum into segments and put in a dish with a tsp of water, heat it microwave for about 30-60 seconds, crumble 1 digestive biscuit into a ramekin, add 32gs of low fat natural yougurt and top with the plum! It's about 100cals and its amazing! :))

I second PopCorn, though air-popped not cooked in oil. We have a machine, best £19 we've spent in years, Salt n Vinegar is my current favourite!

Check the sugar levels in your yoghurts! They may be low fat but they won't help you to keep the weight off unless there is no added sugar. Plain yoghurt usually has between 5 to 7 grms per 100grms natural milk sugar, anymore means added sugar.
