I use a phone app - when I get time to use my phone!

MyFitnessPal app, same as many others I'm guessing.

Like many others I use the My Fitness Pal app. It's free, good on the go and mostly user friendly.

I also use the My Fitness Pal app - find it very user friendly, like the fact you can customise your goals and can add your own recipes.

What would you think about being able to record your calories by speaking to your mobile device rather than dealing with fiddly drop down menus?

Personally I find the speech recognition on devices to be poor, I imagine it would take me longer to search foods. Perhaps I am a bit too 'old hat' for it :)

I have a Samsung tablet which I have put on a calorie counter app which is really helpful.

#WLCwk5. not using any device to count calories, sometimes a pocket calculator and a piece of paper, but lacking discipline handling it like this. Please not to be repeated, failure is on hand!
