Weight loss makes up for last week I suppose! Very happy this week as ate some nice cake at the weekend and a chippy, so must have done really well during the week. Probably only lose 1lb this week then!

Realised that I can be sub 10 min mile in 2 weeks and that's a great mental boost :)

    Well done on your progress this week. You're doing really well.

    I've also set myself a 1 pound goal this week, as I've got a couple of meals out this week, and therefore feel like I need to set a realistic goal that I might achieve.
