Phew!! weighed in this morning and stayed the same. I've tried to stay as near to 1400 cals daily as poss this week. It's been a week of celebrations, a 98th and 83rd birthdays and our 42nd wedding anniversary so a few smallish slices of cake here and there and enjoyed!! What I have learned is that in the past I would have thought I would have blown the diet and given up feeling I'd failed again. But not this time.
