My weigh in this morning, I have lost just half a pound on the scales but the best bit has been getting into a smaller size swimming costume that I'd put out for the charity shop!! so inches are going before ounces. well pleased with that.

Well done Ali-May ! I like to visualise it, so half a pack of butter is quite a lot - fab! So nice when something fits you thought wouldn't, cheers me up no end !!

That's great.....that's sooo true blackpads....a pack of butter gone! I shall have to start thinking that way....
