Trying to get back on track, help please :-)

Good morning All :-)

It is my first post, so please be gentle with me ;-)

I was 211 lbs in June 2011. Someone posted a photo of me on Facebook and I was mortified! I decided to do something about it and over 2012 I lost 40lbs.

Then life got in the way and from Christmas last year I put on 10 lbs back on.

Today weighing 185 lbs I'd like to get back on track just my head is not in it. I still have at least 40 lbs to lose.

Any ideas how to get motivated again will be very much apprecieated :-)

How did you lose the weight last year? If you think you are making sacrifices, you aren't likely to stick with it. Any changes you do make should be enjoyable, so you want to do them, and they really will become a lifestyle change :-)
