Week 2 done and still on track

Well, I've stuck at it for 2 full weeks now and weight loss for week two is 2 lbs.

Not as much as week one but still well on track, my clothes feel looser too which is a big boost.

Still not getting enough exercise in though, seems to be stop start. I do feel fitter though, if I cycle to work I don't arrive looking like I've just ran a marathon any more! Exercise, exercise, exercise, that's my goal for this week.
