Hey Everyone..............I didn't come on here as I didn't like the new layout that much but it seems they have changed it again a little : ).............since I last came on I had some epic fails well about a months worth, but in the last few weeks I have made some big changes I have joined the gym and I go 4-5 times a week-I wouldn't say I enjoy it but it has to be done, in fact I will be shooting of there in abut 20 mins - so in 3 weeks I have lost 5 lbs and I am content with that I would have like to have lost more but I have gone from a very physical job to an office job hence the gym. My eating has been ok I'm trying to keep it healthy 90% of the time but allow myself a treat now and then the odd biscuit or a cornetto : ). I hoe everyone else is doing well xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

hi and well done on your weight loss. Are there any classes available at your gym? My council run gym offers a real variety. My fave at the moment is body combat. I only go in the gym a couple of times a week but always vary my routine. Good luck :-)

Yes my gym doe have classes in the evening but I'm more of a morning person : ) I like it when the gym is empty and I can jump from machine to machine ! I currently go 4-5 times a week for about an hour, I know my fitness is improving a I am able to do longer on the different machines now, it a good feeling!!

Wow, you're doing great to keep up your gym sessions so regularly. I am sure it will be making you fitter and healthier, and helping you to lose that weight. What are your favourite machines? I use the treadmill and the cycling more than any other - and the cross-trainer and rowing machines to a lesser degree. I usually go to the gym about 3 to 4 times a week, for about an hour. It definitely energises me and helps me to stick to my goals.
