Hi Angel,

It sounds like you've really been through mill a few times!

Do you have any physio or see a chiropractor? As I wouldn't dare try anything without seeking their advice first!

I have sciatica and hypermobility and I'm not to do any exercise as I end up popping something out! I can pop my hip out just moving in a chair at the moment!

I hope this helps, I'm also sending you some devine help! I'm a big believer in angels, and they have been a big help to me, and the people I have asked the guardian angels to watch over.

I'm also giving you my special poem that I give to people who are in need of some comfort and support.

When angels sense you need them

As angels always do

They come unseen from everywhere

To help and comfort you

They hover close beside you

Till all your cares are gone

Till they can see you're ready

Once again to carry on

Then some of them fly away

And take their gentle touch

To other hearts that need the love

Of angels very much

But one at least stays with you

As your constant friend and guide

For guardian angels never leave you

They are always by your side!

Take care and angel blessings xx

Hi Angel

I'm so glad you like it, I don't know who wrote it, it was anonymous.

I don't mind you using it, I tell the people I give it to, to print this it out and put it where they will get most comfort from it.

My friend has it on her bed side table and reads it before she goes to sleep at night. When she reads it she feels so warm and happy she sleeps through night and hasn't done that for 10yrs!

Take care and angel blessings to you xx

Hi,

Thanks for the responses, yes I am seeing a spinal physio but his concerns are for strengthening my back rather then losing weight. As I spend a lot of time sat around unable to move because of pain dieting really is a struggle (especially through the depressive days) so I was trying to find some exercises that would help tone and strengthen the stomach when I have less pain days.
