new challenge

I’ve been member of this community for 6 months now. I lost 6 and put back 2 kgs. I have neglected the community and my new eating habits for month or so. Being active in posting and reading other people blogs have helped me a lot and vice versa. So I am back. I am challenging myself for the next two weeks to exercise every day for at least 30 minutes and to get back to 1400cal@day.
