Holiday blues

Just got back from a week away and while I did treat myself I did notice some positive changes. I was able to walk up steps and general be more active than I normally am on holiday.

I got straight back on the fitness regime by continuing the couch potato to 5ks this morning and I'd managed not to get too far behind.

So I'm feeling good and hoping to keep up the good work!
