I've been away, so very pleased to be back to check in to this community, which is very motivational for me. I went on holiday for 3 weeks, and when I got back (on 16th July), I weighed 7 pounds more than before I left. But over this past week, I've managed to lose that excess weight, and currently weigh 14 stone 1.4 pounds. My goal weight is 12 stone 7 pounds, so I still have a way to go, but I am feeling positive about getting back on track again. It's good to be back into a routine where I can more easily control my food intake, and choose healthy foods, and I am enjoying exercising. My goal for this week is to finally get under 14 stone, so I'd like to lose at least 1.4 pounds this week if I can.
