I always hated going to the gym because I'm really self conscious and I have no love for the way I look but the problem was that I wanted to lose some weight and get rid of some of the inches I have on my hips and thighs. I got talking to a friend who did Zumba classes and had seen some serious results. I knew I wasn't ready for classes so I decided to by the Zumba fitness dvd's and I can tell you it's the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. I've been dancing along to the dvd's for about 3 weeks now and I'm loving every second of it. I've lost inches almost everywhere and I couldn't be happier. I'm still not ready for the gym or for classes but I hope I will be when I'm a little more comfortable with myself.
If you don't do gyms or you don't want classes where you know you'll be self conscious around other people then I recommend that you get the Zumba dvd's and dance and party yourself to a slimmer and more happy you.
