Made the decision to start week one last week. In hindsight a mistake as it was my birthday... With some nights out!
However, am now having another go, with no distractions looming.
Have been gluten free for some time now, but am realising that carbs of any sort don't agree with me. Fed up feeling bloated all the time. Trying to stick to salad and fruit. Fruit boxes from supermarkets are my lunchtime saviour at the moment. Will see what happens over the next few days........!

I am virtually carb free as it makes me bloated and gives me flu-like symptoms.Be VERY wary of the additives in supposedly low fat foods-they put in potato starch,tapioca starch,rice starch in order to bulk it out.Cornflour is in many products as well-even aspirin and paracetamol have starch in them! I'm so sensitive to starch I have to avoid even small amounts.Good luck with your slimming!
