so after 5 weeks of staying the same, gaining few pounds loosing it again I ve eventually managed to loose my 2 stones. I was 17 stones 2 lb when starting now 15 2lb. My clothes are all too big I have much more energy and feel so much better for it.
All I ve done is stick to the calories on the page and walked, walked for miles and miles and miles.
The sun is still shining today so time for a walk
