12 Weeks Until i'm 35!

Started this plan a few days ago and i'm using every bit of strength and will power that I have to stick to it!

I want to lose a 1 stone 1/4. I am determined to do this more than ever before as I had a rubbish 30th and my 40th is too far away. 35 is to be a new landmark birthday!

Good luck and I hope it goes well for you :)

Just don't lose your motivation

Hopefully you'll achieve your goal :)

Hi Rawhide,

That's a very achievable goal and nicely within the maximum recommended weight loss rates.

Oh and whilst getting in to the new habits and the change of regime does take a bit of effort at first, as you get more used to your new healtier ways of eating and your exercise/acitivity routines, it will feel much easier.

In fact, by the end of the 12 week plan, it'll feel like it's just what you always do - it'll be your 'norm'.

Good luck with your weight loss journey.
