Day 1

I got a C in English, im not the best writer but here goes..

Tomorrow is day 1. Ill be at work 1-9 and before that a driving lesson. So hopefully I can get off to a good start. Whilst at work I wont have a break so chances of eating are low. Ill probably have toast when I get in and go straight to bed, ready to work 7-8.00 the next day, so again, not much time to snack. today was a bad day, had bread and pizza, bur from now on I am determined to loose weight and not have to be sad about it all the time!

Day 1 tomorrow for me too, got weighed this evening at a weight loss class, oh not good so here we go then !
