I will go one day and eat amazingly, I will eat very healthy foods and do some exercise.

But then the next day something will distract me or put me in a bad mood, then boom, I eat some junk food and I cannot stop. I need to find a way to control myself and carry on my healthy eating and diet plan without failing the next day. Self control is what I need!
