Didn't think i was too bad over Bank holiday weighed myself this morning 3lb gain, not good. Now have 5weeks to loose 11lbs.Started logging food intake with myfitness pal again hopefully be able to get out to park this week, taking six children to cinema this afternoon NO popcorn for me. On the plus side have lost 11lb already so i CAN do it.

You're allowed to treat yourself sometimes! if it was just a one off blip then once you go back to healthy eating it will fall off straight away :) keep going, you can do it!!

11lbs is great! One thing I've noticed from the success stories on here is that people just stick to it. They had their ups and downs along the way but they didn't let their down times wreck all their efforts.

I stayed the same this week and although this is not what I wanted I've just got to keep at it and pick up where I left off at the weekend.

You can to and by the looks of things with your 11lbs already lost you know what you're about.

I too put on 3lb this week I was hoping for maintenance but it was not to be, and there is a curry out on Thursday ....... :( but I am going to be as good as I am able no popadoms for me

hey if you take along some fresh plain popcorn that is actually a good snack to have or if youre going to have salted just makes sure you have plenty of water its actually a much better snack that most things out there and you wont feel like youre missing out which is when were most likely to slip.
