day 3 and feeling good

Only third day and really finding the exercising is giving me more energy. I'm doing 20 mins of yoga in the morning and 20 mins of indoor power walking in the evenings. Thinking before i decide what to have for meals and eating fruit instead of rubbish. I'll probably have a treat occasionally, i think that is a good thing as long as i am sensible about it. I'm not due to weigh until thursday so i'll keep you posted on how i'm doing.
