A qoute to get us walking/exercising - some inspiration


I'm on week 2 and I'm rather enjoying this blogging thing. I also rather enjoy qoutes and sayings. I found this one recently and every morning when my alarm goes off and I'm to do my 10 min workout or walk I try to remember this - hope it inspires you as much as it does me

That's great I started my weight loss journey 5 weeks ago and have gone from 17stone 2 lb to 15 stone 10lbs all through walking and eating the calories recommended. I ve walked all weathers with my wee one and I feel great for it :)


My fav is "you never regret a walk" so no matter how fed up or unmotivated i feel before i go, by the time i get back i feel great! And the dog is usually really enthusiastic! :)


Love the quote...and very true you never regret a walk. I love how it raises the spirit and good for the soul :-)
