Bad start to week 2

Yesterday I managed to completely get off chart and eat ( brace yourself) 2200 calories instead of 1400.

I did the mistake of not having a snack when I was hungry and after dinner like half and hour I had something else to eat as I was feeling very hungry.

Now I'm trying to reduce my calories to 1200 a day until the extra calories that I had are gone. I am doing a bit of running every 2 days and walking like 40 min a day.

My problem is that I need food that will get me feeling full and doesn't have much calories.

I eat fruits and veg every day. If you have ideas on what can I eat that will help me feel full longer please do.
