So started a diet about 3 months ago , was going well until Easter and I think that word explained it all lol . So I gained all the weight that I had lost so time to get Back on it . Well lets start with what was working for me last time . So daily meal plan cereal for breakfast can't live without that , a main large meal for lunch like hot cooked food then in the Everning gym then soup . So lets start with that see how I go
