I need to loose weight. Have hypothyroid, High Blood Pressure & mid way Cholesterol. Singly or combined they are all killers.
My programme is therefore to kick start my weight loss from tomorrow. I need to buy the items of healthy food today & mentally prepare my mind for a hopefully good start tomorrow!
As I will be weighing myself & writing a daily blog I hope that will spur me to keep the effort going & hopefully loose weight & help my health. Lower Blood Pressure, lower cholesterol & who knows what might happen about the thyroid also.
