NHS Policy v Research ?

If you have incurable conditions left to fester as no-one's department because of the NHS' unreasonable structure ,has policy & procedures taken over from research in who gets assistance or investigation to relieve.Or has it to be a quick fix if you are lucky. Even though this has probably caused cardiac arrest in my case does the system with its constitution want to know ?

This has come about again today investigating the link between b -strep & sepsis when not pregnant.Reason tells me it should be applying to all when there are underlying chronic conditions ignored even when acute. This seems to relate to antibiotic policy and MID [ alzheimers ]

Does anyone think out of the box . Strict criteria administered by the unqualified academically to ignore when should be considered is very worrying when could be preventative saving the funds & life itself. As in the case of stem cells? Who knows?
